Rachael M. Rolón, Managing Attorney & Firm Founder

With over 26 years of experience, Rachael is passionate about the law and representing the best interests of her clients. She has represented hundreds of corporations, small businesses, and individuals. Licensed in both Texas and New York, Rachael has years of large law firm experience handling complex litigation.

Rachael is a native Texan, who has practiced law in The Woodlands and North Houston since 2004. She loves to call The Woodlands home, where she lives with her husband, Dr. Sam Rolon (a local family physician), her three beautiful children (Emma, Zoe, and Jackson), and her 93-year-old mother-in-law. Rachael has a big heart for people and animals and currently cares for four dogs and a blue-throated macaw named Jolene).

Halie Byers, Associate Attorney

Halie is an accomplished legal professional with a passion for justice and a keen eye for detail. Graduating from South Texas College of Law in December 2023, she quickly made her mark in the legal field by passing the bar exam in February 2024. With a sharp intellect and exceptional communication skills, Halie is adept at navigating complex legal landscapes and advocating effectively for her clients.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Halie finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She cherishes spending quality time with her boyfriend, Taylor, and her beloved dog, Ryder. Whether it's traveling to new places or hanging out with friends, Halie approaches each moment with enthusiasm and a zest for life.

Driven by her commitment to making a difference, Halie embodies the values of integrity, dedication, and compassion in all aspects of her life. As she continues to carve her path in the legal realm, she remains steadfast in her pursuit of justice and equality for all.

Abby Prejean, Paralegal

Abby Prejean is an accomplished probate and estate planning paralegal who graduated with an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Lone Star College. She is passionate about helping people and has dedicated her career to assisting clients with their probate and estate planning needs. Abby is able to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients looking to secure their future and protect their loved ones.

In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Alex, and her beloved cat, Daphne. She has a love for learning and can often be found weather-watching or enjoying documentaries.

Abby's passion for helping people extends beyond her work in probate and estate planning. She is a friendly face to everyone she meets and enjoys making connections with people in her community.
