Kristen Blair, Associate Attorney

Kristen, who hails from Corsicana, Texas, joined The Rolon Law Firm with strong legal experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from law school and passing the bar in 2006, Kristen and her husband moved to Shreveport, Louisiana. There, she worked at a firm as a paralegal and was soon offered a position as an associate. At that same time, she was five months pregnant with her daughter and her husband was transferred back to Houston. Kristen quickly found a position in 2009 at a law firm where she worked there for three years and was again offered a job as an associate. Kristen then enjoyed time at home with her children while growing an online antique business and starting an interior design studio.

In 2021, she decided that she wanted back into the legal field and was thrilled to have found Rachael and The Rolon Law Firm. Kristen has already worked on a rather intense jury trial, handled probates from beginning to end, and has been responsible for drafting estate planning documents. Kristen is also on the Montgomery County Scholarship Board as well as a member of The Woodlands Bar Association.

Rachael, is an attentive, thorough business litigator. I have referred clients to her who have been very happy with her work and have worked side by side with her on estate/business planning matters. She is creative with her solutions and a professional colleague to work with.
